The Z community really doesn't do anything to their cars out here. At least for the Z32 they don't. The car scene out here is all about the Skyline, Supra, RX-7, or Silvia. The Z32 is considered to be too much of a hassle and not worth it out here. When I went to the street races they were surprised I had my Z32 out there. They told me straight up that nobody feels it is worth the trouble on these cars. Anyway, the undercar lights are still pretty big on the Supra and the Skyline. It's just that in Japan every color is illegal (just not highly enforced) so they don't flaunt them as much.
