Message So the majority of what we are talking about is related to the white TT which you don't own anymore and haven't owned for quite a while. I guess one problem I have is that it led me to beleive these issues happened recently. I'm finding that most of this stuff happened 1-2 years ago, some of it at our old location, with technicians that are no longer with us. So old in fact that it is impossible for me to get the details on what all happened, between forgetting and the the people responsible no longer being with us for these kind of reasons. However, I'm already getting some conflicting reports of the accounts you described. I am going to work with work with you on resolving the problems. It is tough to see improvements in quality that we have been working so hard for trashed over something a few years old that I didn't even know about.

On the issue of the cats and testpipes. Customers often leave their cats here when they get testpipes installed, they have every option of taking the cats with them which should have been offered to you. It is not impossible that they failed to communicate this option, however it isn't because we wanted to "steal" your cats. When you called back over a year later regarding getting a set of cats it is my understanding that you didn't even mention that you had left a set with us.
Can you expect us to remember stuff like that? I think if you would have clearly communicated that you left a set we would have glady given them back to you.

On the issue of the recent order. Shawn claims that he has spoken to you no less than 5 times including yesterday about the status. You ordered and the pipes were sold out at the time, you should have been communicated with properly on the issue. Of course I'm being told you were, but I realize something upset you enough to post all of this so there must be more to the story. None of the rest of these issues are recent or really related, so this issue with the testpipes had to be what set you off. Please fill me in so I can help resolve the problem and take steps to improve. I'm still awaiting your call or e-mail.
