(I just needed to get something up in a hurry) I hope Edward can post again once I've addressed this issue with him. I think there has been some degree of misscommunication and some mistakes on behalf of Z1 that have not been brought to my attention. I am 100% focused on perfection and making Z1 the best it can be. With 12+ employees and hundreds of customers a month its tough to know everything that goes on. But I try, and I'll resolve anything brought to my attention. We strive to implement new policies and procedures to improve everyday. We are well on our way. Instances like this are crushing for me, and make me feel deep pain considering I put everything I am into this every day. My wife has designated tonight for us to celebrate Valentines day as she knows I won't do it on a weekday. I was out to dinner with her and came back to some friends house where I had the bright idea to jump online. So now i'm wound up my heart is beating fast and I've ignored everyone for an hour. I'm going to try to relax and get back to what I'm supposed to be doing. I'll fix all this in the AM. Good night
