IMO, Russel has represented himself and Z1 well when he has posted here. He has been under very critical eyes and has taken alot of heat from this website, deservedly and undeservedly. It is unfortunate that you have not been subject to the better side of his business. I personally have never done a single cent of business with Z1 and would not say that I never would, simply havent as of today. You appear to be new so all I would say to you is that your dissatisfaction with Z1 is nothing new, and there are many members who urge staying away from them. But there are also many instances of Z1 coming thru for members as well. Too bad for Z1 that each instance of bad publicity overshadows 100 instances of good. Thats the sad facts of business I suppose. Kep your head up and try to get in touch with russel. My impression of him via TTnet is that he is not unwilling to make up for Z1's shortcomings. And I can understand his position, he cant be everywhere all the time micromanaging every single customer, but as the head guy, he is still ultimately responsible for it all regardless. I suppose it is a shame he just cant get better help.
