Message	there are 4 distinct points in a turn. turn in, on brakes. turn in, off throttle. middle of the turn on throttle. track out on throttle. depends on what, and WHEN, a person is calling neutral. or understeer or over steer. If you have all three, then I'd think your car is dialed in perfectly. Petz #3
