1st off. Glad to see tt.NET is back up and I would like to thank and congratulate Alex and everyone else on taking up the responsibility of keeping up and running this forum. I give u guys 2 months max! lol just kid'n guys :P In mid May Zspeed and us were heading to Rochester. We ran into golfball sized hail however. We couldn't notice any damage right away cause it was dark and the black car has a hard time notices dents etc... when its dirty. However 2 days later I washed it and found the front end trashed. Our Ins. company turned us down for hail damage. They said it was not hail and they didnt know what it was, but it was definetley not hail. We took it to the body shop and they had our agent come out and check it over. @ 1st they didn't have any problems, but as time went on we were being called constantly for statements of what happened etc... thena police report had to be filed? All for hail? WTF? It's July and the cars been there since May. the car is still not done. Does anyone know what the deal is? The guy we talk to @ the body shop said theyve settled and then the next day they havent. Hes told them it wasnt hail, but then said it was hail. WTF? Has anyone ran into prob. like this b4? I won't give out the ins. companys name, sorry
