Message	the exact $ but i think it was 230/240, but they are done right the first time and that includes new seals and stuff. As far as break in time, i drove the car for 30 minutes let it cool off completely, then drive it again for 30 minutes let it cool off again, it takes a few hours and then i changed the oil and that was it. Im telling you the car is a rocket, the car just goes :)
