and it offends me thing. I dont mean to seem insensitive but this world right now if in complete fear of Muslims and their religion. It is as if everyone is walking on glass when mentioning anything about it. I realize this is a small minority of people acting out considering how many people actually practice the religion. I am a Christian and have been all my life. My family is very religious, sometimes to a fault. When people are buring churches in Alabama, I want them brought to justice, but I feel no urge to go rioting or take things into my own hands, when Kanye West is dressed as Jesus on national magazines and then says some of the stupid things he says, I am not ready to burn down that magazines offices? When a national movie is made pretty much making fun of faith all together, I dont want to riot outside the movie studio. The point is, these Muslim countries seem to take things way too far. I realize they live in a different world, but is it really that different? And the problem I have is that moderate Muslims who think this violence is wrong, stand by without saying much. Plus their governments, who I think realize how crazy many of these people really are, stand buy and do little, I think for fear that the same mob will turn on them at some point. People are dead over a cartoon, nothing more needs to be said. Common sense should take over right after reading that and realize no matter how offensive it might be, death because of cartoons is just utterly rediculous and only adds to the ongoing negative perception of Muslims across the world. I pray things change, but it only seems to get worse as time goes on. Radicalism, whether Muslim or Christian has no place in the world. People always disagree, but at the end of the day, oh well. Now, who is with me, I plan on rioting outside Spees apartment later today. He doesnt think like me and offends me on occasion. I am j/k Politics OFF!
