You might have a vacuum leak or burning oil. Or your injector is stuck open. Check to make sure you engine temp sensor is working correctly. That was my problem. The connector on the temp sensor was reading low causing the engine to turn the idle up and run richer. My car had a lopey idle until I used the AFC to smooth it out. Now it idles like stock 800rpm. The fuel pressure should be 43psi with the vacuum disconnected. I am pulling 15 inches of vacuum at when the engine is fully warmed up. Also, if you have a vaccuum leak the engine will compensate by running richer. Do you have new 02s?
