Message	plus consider that street racing is such a big issue in LA, if their investigation turned up that the Z driver wasnt at fault Ill believe it readily(partially because i was to believe that a Z driver would be that dumb) but also because for them not to be pressing charges means that hes pretty clear of involvment.
