Message	I don't think I can get up to 17psi safely because I have a 96 (OBDII) which there is currently no aftermarket ECU. Hopefuly soon. Mike M. has his 96 set to 12psi and seems to work for him. I'm still planning on getting a boost controller like you said to squeeze that extra HP out though :)
