Message	I used average output based on light energy alone averaged across the US. Obviously there is higher wattage falling in Phoenix, AZ at Noon in the end of July than in Seattle at midnight in January. Those looking for government handouts and corporate welfare quote the higher figures. It's just salesmanship.
