Message	Defects and sub-manufacturing caused many problems related to nuke E. Keeping contractors from cutting corners to increase margins and holding them accountable is the key. Nuke contractors make a fortune producing machines and equipment as is, they can't cheapen the product like their selling it to Wal-mart. They need to perfect a way to break down the waste faster. I've read a couple of articles pertaining to breaking down waste, but nothing notable.
