Message	If you are to blame anyone, blame the EPA. I'm sure you already know this, but for others who may not, the glue which was used to attach the tiles onto the shuttle is based on CFC. It was the EPA who mandated that NASA use an alternative which had no CFC's. They did, but the new glue didn't adhere properly. Blame NASA or the EPA?
