And having never dealt with SGP, I could never comment on them. But when I've dealt with Z1, I've pretty much dealt with Robert or Russell.. I've had dealings with other people there, but won't do it again. My first experience there was great - I drove down there, spent an hour or two there, had Russell show me around, pick parts for me, etc, and he really took care of me. I've spent entire afternoons there, usually with one or two of my kids in tow, and had a good time chatting with customers and some of the employees... even Russell's dad. But I stopped looking to them for parts so much after Russell quoted a price on a part, I showed up to get the part, and the "sales rep" that was ringing me up started to charge twice as much. We got it straight, and to be fair, it was a used gray-market item, so I didn't blow up about it. This has only been mentioned to personal friends, since I think the major issue was with that "sales rep" and I felt no need to drag his name through the mud on an internet forum. But their overall lack of consistent pricing is frustrating. But it's one of the few sources of used parts, and I can pick them up. For new stuff, it's Coz, Courtesy, or a local dealership that gives me Courtesy-like prices.
