But I would argue one point. This has everything to do with Z1, IPP, Coz, Stillen, and every other vendor we might use. If we tolerate something from one vendor... Anyway, I guess with all the Boost Solutions and GMS stories of the past, I was willing to tolerate a little bad customer service. But admittedly I had missed some of the other crucial issues. I've never done business with SGP, and yes, I hear most people who have are happy with them. I've done business with Z1. I simply see them as a local used parts supplier and a shop I could use if I really needed to. I no longer seek information from them, but look elsewhere (Yugo and Kyle can attest to that). I know plenty of adults that have used Z1 and they have been quite happy. And some of them had issues, but they got them resolved by going to Z1, not by posting on here. And Russell, if you read this, there's a book that I think you should read called "Good to great" by Jim Collins.
