Message Consider all shops but first on the list should be the sponsors of these forums.

Evaluate quality, value and customer service. You will be able to remove a few off the list quickly when you consider location, how backed up that shop is and what your overall goals are.

Also, talk to folks who have done business with them. Get both the good and the bad. How shops handle the bad is going to be very important!

Personally, I've done most of my business with Z1. I had a rebuild with tons of mods (~500 RWHP). I've spent more than many but certainly not as much as some. You are welcome to email me with any specific questions and I'd be happy to share my experiences with you.

I don't generally escalate my issues to the forum but I can tell you that when I've had problems with Z1, they've acknowledged them and made them right. They are in no way perfect (searches will show you that) but I have yet to see an issue I personally define as legitimate go unresolved.

One last tip... I would be concerned with a shop's longevitiy. The forum has watched many shops go under causing folks to lose money, warranty and more. Try to determine, in any way you can, if you think the shop will be around in 6 months.

With that said, good luck.
