1) Z1 has proven time and time again that they don't know how to manage a shop. They have lots of unhappy customers.
2) If you search back, the way they handle things is extremely unprofessional. It's obvious nobody there has any experience how to run a business.
3) The huge difference and the very reason that these situations are not related is that 99.9% of people that went to SGP were happy with what they got for their money. This is the first story about the NA heads that may contradict that. And if they did this, that sucks. Nobody is going to disagree. I don't like seeing Z'ers getting ripped off which is why the countless stories about Z1 aggrevate me. This is the first one that I've heard (maybe 2nd if you consider wesman from back in the day, but you wouldn't know anything about that since you haven't been around as long as me). So far both SGP and Kyle have been fairly professional about telling both sides of the story unlike the mud that got slung with Z1 and Ash. Bottomline: You and I and all the other consumers are on the same team. I don't know anyone personally at Z1. I objectively look at all the crap over the past few years with them and just cringe. I don't want anyone to go through all that. Again, you and I are on the same team. I don't bash Z1 because I have something personal against them. I just go by the facts. If SGP did the NA head swapping thing, then that also sucks and I'll be the first to say it. I hope this proves that none of the Z1 haters have anything against them personally. I'm sticking up for you, me, and all the other customers out there. We all want good service and all this behavior by vendors is bad. So screw Z1. It's not the topic at hand. I'm extremely pissed I even had to go through all this for you when you and I should be on the same team. And this whole situation has nothing to do with Z1. End of story...
