Message	I am not trying to blame anyone nor am I trying to start sh**. Just trying to prevent other people from getting screwed from SGP /IPP or whoever was to blame. That has been the whole point to this post. I do realize Kyle was the one who answered the phone and unfortunately he was not very cool with the situation to say the least. I dont know whether he was ordered the code red from Greg or Mark but I do find it hard to believe that all people involved didnt know anything. My $.02.
