for used turbos. After i paid for them, he then tells me they are still on the car but will have a mechanic remove them asap, then has the car sent to another mechanic and every other day "the mechanic is almost done removing them" for 3 WEEKS, then he doesnt answer his phone anymore, 7 weeks has past since i paid him, and i file a dispute with paypal and win but they cant give me money back cause the Seller is a broke mofo. I finally get ahold of him by blocking my number after 2 weeks of no contact and he claims the turbos are ready to ship and on the floor infront of him, I told him a wanted my dough back and he said ok tuesday ill send it, never sent it, and doesnt answer his phone anymore...20 days since i last talked to him....still out $400 bucks and no turbos from him.
