Subject	Rebuild or Low Mileage Motor?

Message	Can't determine which route is better. Just lost my motor to hydrolock. Obviously very upset. If I were to chose the rebuild route, is it possible to remove the heads with the motor in the car? I was thinking of also getting a new efi harness (any thoughts of converting to a 94+ harness/ecu/injectors).
