This plenum was built by Alistair MacLennan senior partner of MacLennan in NZ.
They can make the complete intake assy to fit a front mounted intercooler or just the modified plenum chamber.
If I am not mistaken they used a Holden (Austailan car mfg) 90mm TB.They also make custom exhaust systems.Intercooler pipings.
I believe they would have to add the PCV,AAC,Brake,Clutch vacuum galeries for the general public.Also a way to accomodate the OEM coil packs.Some brackets to hold the fuel hoses etc.
The IC seems to be configured with dual inlets and a single 90mm outlet leading to the throttle body. The details:
