Subject	Heads: Extrution honing VS Port and polishing

Message	When your heads are Extrude honed it seems you get all areas of your heads cleaned up. Port and Polished seems like you can only remove material where you can reach. Is one better than the other, or are both used together? Any ideas would help alot. Thanks : )
