with a lot of bolts. The smaller size and lighter weight of the 1/4 drive really reduces the fatigue factor.
For instance, on a 60k, when removing the timing belt covers, i have a 1/4 driver with a socket receiver on the back. Break it with the ratchet attched to the back, then remove the ratchet and undo the bolt with the driver part. Goes quickly.
