Message	What RPM are you making the 1-2 shift at? Check FAQ for suggested shift points. If you're winding out first to 7K, then shifting, you should be in full boost in 2nd. You would notice a boost leak in all gears. What pressure is your gauge reading? If you only have a cat back and intake, no ECU and boost jets, you should be around 9 psi.
