Message	it's a 95+ fuel rail, not 94+. The rest is up to your budget. Start with a strong SB, then build from there. Do not do the 3.3L like ^^^ suggested. The wall thickness between cylinders will be too small, even for cast iron. That is unless you are going to have the entire block cryo-treated, which in theory works, but I've never seen anybody do.
