Message	Allocations for this OrgID serve Road Runner residential customers out of the Columbus, OH, Herndon, VA and Raleigh, NC RDCs. Someone who works for Road Runner could tell you the address of the cablemodem assigned this IP address, but they would risk termination. Best bet if it is a scam is to report it to abuse@rr.com. Don't expect much from them.
