Message	I've posted about this before. In FL. they have to measure sound with decibel meter from a certain distance & specific amount of time. They also need proof of recent calibration. I've had 2 of these thrown out of court already but it's still a pita to have to deal with.Check out your local statutes or contact a local lawyer who will cost you about $100, which is roughly about your cost for paying the ticket here.
