Message	Weld a bolt to the broken stud with a stick welder. Then used a torch to heat the surrounding metal of the stud. Some patience and effort it came out. Now I have a full fledged mechanic shop, so I don't know how much help that will be. You could always tow it somewhere and have a professional remove it.
