I'm nowhere near perfect, and I don't expect people to be mistake free. Its how you deal with the mistakes that is important to me. Like, for example, after my transaction with SteamyZ was done, I felt he had dealt with the mistakes in a fair and reasonable fashion. I would recommend him again. Logik, well, you know my opinion there. If you treat customers the way you want to be treated, and deal with mistakes in a fair fashion, then you are doing the best you can. If you yell, scream, curse, and don't deal with mistakes promptly and professionally, you lose customers. Dave 90TT
