in a clear cut case like with Mr. Oleg, no one has problems with bringing the matter up on the forum, or destroying his reputation. I might add that Mr. Oleg DID have some customers that were reasonably satisfied. on the other hand, we don't want to flood the forum with minor complaints. Whenever possible, one should always try to resolve the problem with the other party first, through emails or calls... for example, the various complaints about SteAmyZs production delays. Those complaints could have been resolved with a simple call, and I think Steve has always been willing to refund the money if you are not willing to wait. In this case, I think Mike is justified to bring it on the board, especially when he is unable to contact Logik by phone, since Logik did not post a phone number in his classifieds (000-0000 is not a real number) and profile. IMHO, a simple step the forum moderators could make is to STRICTLY implement the phone number requirement for the classifieds -- ie. delete the ad if an invalid number is used, and ban the member if it is discovered that a phony number was used.
