16 psi on 91 octane pump gas seems like the upper limit. From a reliability standpoint, you could run a bit more just to see where you come out at 10/10ths and then simply dial everything back to 8/10ths. But that kind of pressure on pump feels to me like you are already sliding on past the 8/10ths mark. . . But I'm not an expert. Just a paranoid in the midst of a major rebuild :-)
