| Some updates: 1. selling the auto, getting G-Force sequential trans and triple plate race clutch 2. the car is now 3/4 chassis (25.1E) 3. probably going fiberglass doors and no glass (all lexan windows) to get it down to competition weight 4. might be filling the block to allow more power 5. going with a huge twin turbo setup (most likely 58mm twins) I have been working the numbers, and if I make the power I want (around 1200-1300 RWHP) and can get the weight down to 2300 w/ me in it... well, I don't want to talk it up yet, but it's much better than my original goal of low 8's. I should be somewhat competitive in the NOPI/NDRA outlaw class though.
