You should have contacted us first instead of ranting on the forums. This is the first we have heard from you since you purchased the clip 8 months ago. We have no problems helping you in any way possible to get the situation resolved. Next time please pickup the phone and let us know you are having problems instead of getting so frustrated on the forums. We have and will always listen to your problems and resolve them to the best of our ability. We can't help or resolve a problem if we aren't aware there is a problem.
