I’m sorry that you have to see this; I apologize to the Z community for killing my car. She was my faithful speed daemon for the past 9 years. She went through a complete restoration couple of years ago. Thousands of hours of work, sweat, blood and torn skin gone in a second.I was getting on the 805 north coming from the 52. As I was entering the highway from the onramp, someone cut into my lane. I assume he was trying to take the next exit, since it is immediately after the onramp. I hit the brakes, but the steering wheel and the car was not completely straight yet exiting the onramp. So the car started sliding sideways on the highway. I couldn’t correct it, it did a 180 and hit the divider on the passenger side. I never thought it will end that way. Rest in peace my dear. One day I will bring her back to life, all I need is a clean shell, that I would strip and give it a fresh coat of paint. Then transfer everything to it. For now it is sleeping peacefully in the garage, so please don’t email about any parts .. nothing is for sale. I want to thank the San Diego Z club for their kind words and concern. I never realized how many people considered my Z, one of the cleanest in SoCal, till now. It’s nice to know, but it doesn’t help.
