:im 18...got my Z from the age of 16. Did I make a wise decision by getting it at 16? nope. If I could do it all over again I would wait. :First of all I got a Z....but it wasn't what I want. I didn't want a TwinTurbo....I wanted a 2+2...but I wanted a 5 Speed and not an automatic and got stuck with an auto. When you are older and got more money to throw around you are more prone to get what you exactly want. :Don't settle for: my parents pay half of it, I pay for the rest and I can pay for meintanance while working. That is a BS of an excuse to make you think you can take care of it. If you don't have 2K sitting around just incase the Z breaks down than don't do it. It will break down, you will be car-less for awhile and wished you had another car. :Insurance will be huge since you want a TT and at that age insurance companies will make bank because of teeangers like you. :Park that Z in the parking lot of the school...go to class and be worried about someone dinging it, hitting it, or somet object damaging it. :This is coming from a kid who owns a Z...it's not even a TT...don't get a Z at young age or you will regret it.
