Have I not produced the calendar for 3 years previous? If you all want to know why I have not been online, fine I'll spill it. Its terribly scandulous. When I returned from a vacation to the mountains in Late October, I was greeted with my maternal grandfather collapsing at his house. He then went to the hospital where he continued to get worse for some time, and was eventually diagnosed with terminal liver cancer...he died 2 days later. My grandfather was 87 years old and had always been an important part of my life, having just lost my grandmother 1 year and 1 week prior this was alot to handle and I have had to be there for my mother. This has meant that much of Down Shift has been put on hold as I already work full time as a Network Analyst for Talbots. My evenings and afternoons have been filled with sorting through a lifetime of collections at my grandparents and weekends devoted to fixing their house for sale. So, there is the truth sordid an lurid as it may be. I'm terribly friggin sorry if I have not been Johnny on the Spot, but you know what I miss my grand parents and all your bloody calendars will arrive, just as they have every year even in light of family tragedy.
