Message	Things like this are never easy on a family. Like some stated above, this is more commom than most people think. The best thing you can do now is just be there emotionaly for you wife. She needs to reassured that this was not a result of anything she did. Pregnancy is just an extremely complex and delicate process, it's amazing we can reproduce at all.
