Message	mine was rattling like crazy. i even had towels up on the ledge to raise the hatch heigth to where the latch would catch it. then ScottZTT helped me out. you have to take off that back center panel on the inside so you can see the latch assembly. there are three bolts or screws on the outside of the assembly facing the front of the car. just loosen these and drop the latch assembly down. then retighten the bolts and close the hatch. it should work great then. i know mine did. let me know if you need any other info. njynmyz@hotmail.com shawn
