Message	Boeing is KILLING me with their ChemMilled stuff. I'm doing 7xx airframe repairs... 727s have very little chem milling, but christ... 737s and on ... every friggin part is chem milled... Argh!!! :D Anywho... no, it's only caustic to paints/low durometer rubber/etc... The acid dipping on cars will not etch the metal. Hi Mike. :wavey: :like on aircraft skins between the stringers and frames. Reduce weight of the metal panels without losing strength at the mounting areas. Petz #3
