| out by the bank such that it could only be cashed by him and required identification. Rodney is the one who SAYS he mailed me cash as a refund. He SAYS he mailed the refund on 11/07/2005, today is the 17th, mail just came and nothing from him. I have verified the address he SAYS he mailed it to and it is correct. TEN days is MORE than adequate for mail to have arrived. He did email me this morning, finally replied to an email but I am positive the only reason he replied to it was I sent it as if asking a question about his new classified post from yesterday. He said in reply to my email:
"Look man, I DID send it. Its out of my hands now dude." I replied back saying:
"As I noted in the post, once I have received payment I will reply to my original post to let others know. You have to admit that your communication has been sorely lacking, you ignored emails and overall did not handle in the right manner. TWO MONTHS! This held up the install of my interior and I finally had to buy another one just to get it finished! That and 10++ days from the day you SAY you mailed the refund and still not here. TEN days is WAY more than enough time for mail." I am only posting this so nothing is taken out of context, etc.
