Well rich worked the bugs out, turned out my CAS was bad, he replaced it, it idled nicely. He calls me back 10 minutes later with some bad news. My center tensioner stud broke:( I dont know how this happend, neither does he. It wasn't over torqued or had to much stress on it. Now the other thing he is telling me is he can move my cam gears like 4-5 teeth by hand, like they move freely. Does anyone have a clue how u can move the cams by hand? He is going to do a leakdown test today or monday to see how bad it really is. The stud broke while the car was just sitting idling. Do any of you think the valves got bent since it wasjust at idle? Now the adice I need is what to do with it? If the leakdown comes back good, then I dont care its just replacing the stud. But if valves are bent I just dont know what to do. I am leaving for school in jan, I have plans for the rest of dec and really dont have time to rip apart a car and try to sell it all off. What would all of you do?
