Message	to pay out. Parking lot/private property accidents are very tricky when pointing blame. I am sure your insurance will fight them tooth and nail, but so will his as long as he procedes to claim you were at fault. Incruance does anything, and I mean anything, to get out of paying. That is how they make their money. I would paint the whole car now. Red is a very difficult paint to match. It oxidizes much quicker than any other color and this matching it can prove to be extremely difficult even for the best of painters. Last thing I would want is hald my car looking great and the other half looking faded.
