 I was leaving the gym and this jeep backed into me because the guy wasn't looking while backing up. He tried to blame it on me saying i was speeding (which i wasn't) but the cop who wrote the report says this is most likely his fault although it could be a 50/50. I was lead to believe that if there's any accident in a parking lot the car backing out is at fault because the lane has the right of way. Anyone have some facts/info to shed some light on that?
2nd: I was going to paint my car next year. Considering the entire right side is going to have to be redone, should I do it all at once or wait until next year to do the rest? (funds are awfully low right now) I want to do the paintjob right and I've already been quoted for 2-3 grand at the beginning of the summer to have it in "perfect showroom condition" and this place does an EXCELLENT job. Please advise
