Message please allow me to rant and rave...

i took my Z to the local nissan dealership to have my driverside exhaust
camshaft replaced (i know it wasn't totally necessary, the CAS would still
work without the D shaped stud, but i like having everything perfect on
my baby) along with the clutch, well, 3 weeks later i get her
back. now lets start the list of why nissan dealerships = the sucky...

1) they left the center screw for my fanshroud off and it made
its way into my tire. they don't make RE750's anymore, so unless they
can find one in a warehouse, looks like im getting 4 new bridgestones.

2) apparently, they went off roading in my car, bottomed out,
and now the gap between my front bumper and my drivers side fender is
about a half inch big.

3) they didn't cover my fenders with those mat's or even
towels and now i have tons, and i do mean tons, of verticle scratches on
both fenders.

4) they can't figure out how to reconnect the small vaccuum
lines underneath the drivers side intake manifold, which set off my check
engine light, which they CLAIM (falsely) was on when the car got there.

5) i take all this to the service manager, tell him i know its not
his fault but is his incompetent mechanics, and ask him to fix it. after he
goes through his denying faze, i smile, tell him to fix it, and smile even
larger because im close friends with the owner. oh, this should be
exciting.

6) i spent >$3,000. not there fault, but im still pissed. :)

anyways, thanks, and wish me luck please. also, STAY AWAY FROM
NISSAN DEALERSHIPS. i hear of this crap ALL the time it seams like.
