Message You're going to have lower initial intake temperature at higher altitude as well as lower overall ambient pressure. These factors would help mitigate the heat generated by the turbo overworking, but it's hard to say whether or not these would fully compensate for the increased pressurization from the turbo.

It's probably a wash and I don't think I'd go below 93 if it were me.
