Message Highly modified 10+ year old cars as a common thread?

Most had rebuilt engines, many had Ash or the company he worked for as a builder. The chassis didn't explode, the engines did so your commentary on the age of the cars is completely offtopic.

Do you have a compilation list of Z's that have been extensively modified, making (many times well) over ~450rwhp, using various ECU's and tuned by various tuners, showing the state of their engines at this very moment?

No, do you? Please post if so, thanks! All I have is the dyno parade cars Ash posted in an effort to divert attention from DVDBurn's criticism of his tuning on Wagz's old car.

If not, it is impossible for you to conclude that Ash's tuning causes more motor problems than any other tuner, showing that your common thread theory is useless - the common thread could consist of something entirely different, if there is one at all.

I didn't conclude anything, I merely stated what the common factor was: Ash's tuning. I stated no theory, please try to pay attention when reading my posts.

It could simply be that the VG motor is prone to failure at high power levels, and since Ash has tuned a large percentage of them, a large percentage of cars that he tuned are prone to failure. (Pure conjecture, but possible nonetheless).

Pure conjecture? Then why bother posting at all? Please stick to the facts of the matter. Many of the engines were built by Ash or by Z1. All were tuned by Ash. Most blew up. These are the facts.

I'm not on either side of the fence, but I'm calling it like I see it - NO ONE so far has the right to accuse Ash of destroying anyone's motor, as they do not have sufficient evidence/information. DVDBurn is the only one that has potential "proof", and that has yet to be shown.

I didn't accuse Ash of anything, I posted the facts of the matter.

mkay?
