Message pipes to get readings for both sides. You just make two pulls back to back without changing anything other than where the A/F sniffer is at. I do this on each car I tune so I can verify for fuel delivery and turbo air delivery balance. Variations between the two banks does exist, and it is something that everyone should check for while the car is on the dyno. Once you know the leaner side, you tune for it.
