Message	of using headlights, the aspect of "idiot"-ism is NOT using your headlights on the highway (even in some circumstances in daylight when they would help). Mandatory DRLs across the board would ensure that all cars have at least some form of illumination turned ON while driving. There are more pros than cons for this.
