| :temp as a parameter for the timing map. It is load and RPM dependent. I understand this. What I do, is take the data tables from CATS and copy them to Excel, where I use a combination of third, fourth and fifth order smoothing algorithems to eliminate excessive peaks and valleys. It's remarkable just how well it can eleviate cold idle surging, stumbling and part throttle roughness and stumbling. I figured for guys that have data tables that look like ass, you can import them into excel and smooth them out. Doing it by hand suxors. My excel file also has similar 3D graphs as in the picture, so the results are instant and you can 'see' the numbers much better. It's amazing to see all the DIY tuning tools for LT1/LS1/EFI can really help the Z32 owner. I need to get into Z32 tuning more... someday. In summary, perhaps my EXCEL tool will help Z32 tuners smooth out their graphs for less data granularity.
